These Trademark Usage Guidelines are for Froxt Inc.’s licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, and other parties who wish to use Froxt’s trademarks, names, and logos (“Froxt Trademarks”) for their own purposes, including in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or in or on web sites, products, labels, or packaging. Note that any use of Froxt logos and/or use of any Froxt Trademarks outside of these guidelines requires permission and without such permission may constitute trademark infringement under federal and state laws.
Before making a usage request, please be advised the Froxt generally does not grant permission to use our logos, trademarks or slogans outside formal relationship programs. Exceptions are sometimes made by request for media, event sponsorship and educational uses. If your request is for such uses, please refer to the request section below.
Corporate Logo Use
The Froxt corporate logo is the most recognizable expression of Froxt’s brand. We ask that you help us protect this important asset.
We understand and appreciate that Froxt licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, as well as outside parties, may want to show affiliation with Froxt. However, use of the Froxt corporate logo to imply affiliation with or endorsement by Froxt without express written permission by Froxt is strictly prohibited. Affiliation with Froxt or Froxt programs does not imply the right to use the Froxt corporate logo.

We will respond to you based on our policy and may ask you to provide additional information in order to review your request.
